It’s time for an evening of elegance, fashion, culture and community with the Wakanda Wellness Week 2023 Fashion Show! Join Milwaukee’s top fashion designers on the runaway as they take us on a journey through time, chronicling the Black cultural experience embodied in style and grace.
At this most urgent of times, Wakanda Wellness Week makes its powerful return in 2023, underscoring the imperative connection between health, policy, and civic engagement. Held from October 17 to November 11, 2023, Wakanda Wellness Week – inspired by the enduring legacy of Chadwick Boseman and The 1619 Project docuseries – promises to bring stimulating and empowering dialogue on community health.
Wakanda Wellness Week 2023 will conclude with a Fashion Show on November 11, 2023, at the prestigious The Society @ The Milwaukee County Historical Society. This year’s Fashion Show is under the creative direction of The Producer / The Director / The Stylist – Jeff McAlister and Creative Director – Marc Patrick / Marc Patrick Productions.
