Black History River Boat Tour

Take a 100-minute scenic cruise along the San Antonio River exploring the city’s Black history along the Riverwalk. The tour begins at the SAAACAM exhibit space, located at 218 S. Presa in La Villita. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30–45 minutes before the boat’s departure.

The route travels north to the Museum Reach in the Pearl District, then heads back south through downtown, passing landmarks such as the Alamo and the Convention Center, before returning to La Villita. Along the way, participants will learn about the enduring influence and contributions of African Americans in San Antonio.
