DESCRIPTION:Join Casa Romero for two retreats focused on Art and Activism at ABHM!\nEach retreat is a 2-day experience where students’ objective is to create a mural with the guidance of resident community artists. Throughout the mural process, students will learn about the influence of art in activism, culture, and identity. There will be small and large group discussions, including time for reflection. Students who attend the first retreat then have the opportunity to be a paid leader at the second retreat the following weekend.\nThe first retreat weekend is June 7th & 8th and the second is June 14th & 15th.\nREGISTER HERE\n
